I think I have a leaking head gaskit. it slowly pressurises my cooling system and blows out the coolant.
Just a thought My young bloke had a problem with his, it was pressurizing the system and then when the motor cooled the top radiator hose would colapse. It turned out to be the hose to the overflow bottle was blocked. leaking from overflow bottle. the presure is blowing the coolant out to the overflow bottle. and it overflows loosing about a litre.
Try Dave from Pecise Auto Suspension. He's north of the river and knwos his Zed stuff. There are mixed feelings about him on this forum but he's always done a good job for me. I recommend.
I used to have cooling problems a combination of leaking coolant from the water pump shaft (screwed bearing/seal) and a seized turbo bearing (the turbo wouldn't spin properly, causing it to overheat) I used to drive in summer with the heater on, that sux badly As for you, TAKE YOUR ZED TO TOM AT PZP there is no other workshop I would trust my zed with... which other workshop primarily deals with zeds and is called Perth Zed Performance? none
