I have blue leather interior that is a bit average around the base side bolsters and generally dry and stiff hides. My upholsterer has some blue leather he wants to put in that is a couple of shades lighter than the original dark blue. Research has shown that around 90-92 most manufacturers changed from spraying lacquer (EPA problem) to dying their leather. Can anyone tell me what finish a 89-92 Zed with leather trim has Dyed or lacquer sprayed leather facings? Additionally can anyone direct me to where I can pick up the correct product to restore the seats to their original color? Prefer spray option.
