    Are all 1995 zeds "25th anniversary zeds"?

    no, there was a special edition S.M 25th anniversary model and then just a 1995 model

    For the Oz market there were 40 25th Anniversary Zeds built only. Some in red, some in metallic blue and a couple in pearl white. Not sure of the quantity breakdown by colour.
