Hi guys...

I am putting a 3mtr banner together for Prock'ys event.
The banner is based on the forum masthead (above) and the idea is to make the banner available to loan out to other members for local association events.

I recall seeing either a banner, poster or association business card with a series of categories on it.. for example, "Tech Support, Cruises, Social Events" etc..

But I cant remember the exact text.. I tried spotting it on the forum today but with no luck..

Can anyone help?

I am even out sourcing to those not on the forum in an attempt to rally numbers and also bring in new people to the forum.

Lilredzed has been AMAZING in his help for the banner and ideas. Respect and appreciation is definAtely givin.

Graham and Ben are coming from as far as Newcastle and coonamble (6hrs)
Which also I appreciate greatly and just affirms my belief in our community.

I work until 12pm that day or 11am but if anyone is after cleaning items I will take all my items to work. And have them to give to anyone wanting to clean the car before hand. I'll also brig them to the show for last minute detailing.

I notice on the BSWOOM face book page, there's stuff about forms etc.. do we need to do stuff before the event? or can we do stuff on the day.
And payments etc... when do we need to do this..

Also, just wondering if we can find a small tent marquee thingy and perhaps an esky (or two) and drinks, ice etc..

Perhaps if you bark out some orders, or a wish list... some of us can help out with things..

but I'm a big freakin nerd like that. ha ha ha:rofl:

 

We could sell drinks and proceeds go to the charity in the name of the forum.
I can buy the cans of drinks (wholesale from Procky) as my contribution to the cause.

There are entry forms and a small entry fee (as usual with car shows)
You can enter on the day I believe however it costs more. I will confirm this.


The event is actually being held at a school 1 street up from goulburns Main Street . There will be plenty of shaded areas nearby and food etc 1 street down ;p

I can arrange a esky and fill with various soft drinks, water etc (advantage of working with ALDI haha)

 

I have good news, I believe I have secured another 3 300's

Brings us up over 10 with about 4 maybe

Whos coming to this from canberra? We should figure out when everyones planning on leaving then cruise up together.
