My speedo is reading 100 klm / hr at 80 klm / hrand at 100 klm/Hr it reads 125 klm/HR what are my options
Check your tyres ... are they spinning and emitting smoke ? :br: EDIT: Seriously probably a speed sensor in the gearbox mismatched with diff ratio (do you have a TT ?) The 4.083 NA to 3.692 TT diff ratio would give about that effect. EDIT 2: Actually that would only account for about 10% What size rear tyres do you have ?
Could be wrong speed sensor perhaps (aka N/A one vs TT one), if that's even possible. Is your cluster OEM? if aftermarket faces are installed there could be a resistance value mismatch on the circuit board.
