The car is a non turbo. Targa roof top, good for these hot summer months driving to the beach.. Great sound system, two 6x9 400w speakers, twin subs, sony cd player with ipod connectivity, and pioneer amp

THE GOOD
Recently been given a 100,000km service. Tires have only done 10,000km and have heaps of tread left, tires are top of the line and provide excellent handling in any condition. Car has been well maintained, never been in an accident. see below for a service history. Drives well and has never given me any major problems.

THE BAD
Car will be sold without roadworthy, this would be easy to get however as very little, if anything needs doing.
Both steering rack boot covers are split and need replacing approx $120.
Power steer pump leaks slightly - no real problem.
Paint is faded in one spot on the back and there are cracks from sun damage on the rear spoiler, this is a common problem. (SEE PICS)
Chips of paint are missing on front bumper from rocks (SEE PICS)
Drivers seat has a tear in the leather (SEE PICS)
Air con needs to be re-gased

Well looked after, been serviced every 10,000km and any problems have been fixed. The following is a list of repairs and services that have been done to the car, receipts can been provided with details of work. Please note, there are many receipts i have lost which consist of brake repairs and a few general services. Please also note that there is a gap in service history of 2009, this is due to me being overseas for 2009 and the car was not driven.

April 2011: 4x New tires (Goodyear eagle F1) - $717

June 2011: Service - $109
Jul 2011: Major 100,000km service all Nissan OEM parts used - $1050

THE CAR WILL BE SOLD WITHOUT ROADWORTHY, SEE BELOW FOR A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEED DOING, CAR IS STILL CURRENTLY REGISTERED HOWEVER SO IT CAN BE TEST DRIVEN......

THE BAD
Car will be sold without roadworthy, I dont have time to fix the things that need replacing, I have taken the car to get a roadworthy however to find out exactly what needs doing, here is a list, I can provide this with the car, the roadworthy was done at Newmarket Autocare, the prices were all quoted from them. You might get it done cheaper elsewhere.
Both steering rack boot covers are split and need replacing - $120.
Play in steering column - $100 - $150
Adjust handbrake - Can do it yourself, otherwise mechanic will charge about $20
Refit grommets near drivers side door - Can do it yourself - Grommets cost about $1-2 from Nissan
Tighten battery clamp - Can do it yourself
Right hand rear muffler has a small hole in it - $150-200
Left hand front upper support arm bushes, some play in them - $420
Engine needs degrease - Can be done by yourself, degrease costs about $5 a bottle from supercheap
Very minor rust in left hand side of tailgate opening and inner corner near battery - Just needs bogging which you can do yourself or get a pannelbeater to do cheaply.


OTHER PROBLEMS NOT RELATED TO ROADWORTHY
