12v source in the boot??

Does anyone know of a 12volt ACC source in the rear of the zed?? I cant be stuffed running a wire from the back of the stereo to the rear of the car....

Ok, well since my rice plan must be revealed, here it is:

I have bought a new shiny speaker grill for my subwoofer in the boot.. now the grill comes fitted with blue LEDs that light up when the car is on, so I can join the ranks of countless other rice wankers out there just like me..

now the instructions say to join the wires to a 12volt ACC source.... I was thinking of joining the wires to the rear rego lights, but that would mean the LEDs would only be on when the lights are on....

need a source of power that is always on when the car is on...

The only 12v sources in boot area are low amperage and therefore unsuitable for powering Amps/subs etc.

 

I thought it was to be for powering a set of LED's, not Amps or Woofers.
How about Fuel Pump wiring harness?

 

no no, its not for powering amps or subs....

its to power 6 little blue LEDs.... any ideas K-zed?

 

yeah was thinking about that.....

but I'm not quite sure which wires to tap into.... obviously I need a positive and a negative....

 

what about tapping in to your amp's wiring?

Run a wire from ACC blue wire behind centre console...

... down tunnel/under carpet. Will take only an hour or 2.
