Hi guys , just about to get 100k service done. Im getting it done by Autotech in labrador and he informed me that it would work out cheaper to buy the kit and have them fit it rather than them ( autotech )buying the kit and charging me double for parts.. where do i purchase the kit ( belts , idler etc ) from and how much will it be . Also has anyone had work done by Autotech? He was recommended by zed4life.

best place to get your 100K service parts from

    is www.conceptzperformance.com.

Also save yourself the trip all the way to the coast and take it to AMEC in Coorparoo, near the train station in Cavendish Road.

Not only is 200us to much

but its proberly gunna blow your engine, Just get an elcheepo from ebay, there outa balance a bit, have no timeing mark, and if it dose have one odds are its 30deg out, but thats alright, 20hp ask some off the people here about that, they get double that sometimes tripple that amount, and while your at it, get the 60rwk bolt up exhaust, yep its all out there ;)
Get the unorthodox or similar brand name pully, good value:thumbsup:

if going to get one, i say buy the cheapy

then get it balance tested/corrected ($10), and check the timing mark against the stock unit. still heaps cheaper than unorthodox etc.

balance should be fine, as alloy and small so would take a fair chunk missing to put it out. but best to test none the less.

personally i'm not a fan of UD pulleys. cheap dirty power IMHO.

It might save you some cash too if you shop around here in aust

link to a thread of alternative parts for Z32link

Pretty much all i spent on getting my 100k service done was under the 1k mark that also includes my mechanic fitting it all.

I got a T180 timing belt from gates cost me $57 but thinking of should of got the T251 oem water pump from nissan $120 by pass hoses had to get a metre of it paid $20 (mechanic got it for me) top radiator hose $8 (off holden) bottom radiator hose $86 (aftermarket) thermostat ($35 or so cannot remember my mechanic got it for me) 3 idler pully assemblies $120 change over and Fan Belt, Eng.Fan & Alternator $42 so a total of $488 labour cost me $500 so yeah under the 1k mark but then again its good to know people :) in auto spares :) btw i did not get every single part from one place i got them all at different places

It really depends what you want to do on your service i didnt want UD pulleys. But if you want one i say go for it.
