    Particularly to:

Fairladyttz, ZCar91 and OZ-300, IB who turned up and decided to help out. Appreciate the help guys!

She runs a lot smoother and noticably stronger, and the improvement on acceleration is noticable aswell.

Glad a few things were pointed out, gives me a good base on working on her step by step.

Rear main seal is leaking bad, so that's highest priority at the moment. Next week is the ETA for that one. Apparently I've got a slight turbo leak. So that's next major maintenance which I am starting to save up for now. in about 3-4 months time I am looking to have 2 x GT28R's installed with 5bolt dump pipes to suit.

apart from that, PTU is stuffed, thanks again to ZCar91 who has loaned me a temp PTU while i get mine fixed, thanks again to ZCar91 who will be doing that.

A/C compressor is stuffed (i knew about this) but thanks again to innocentbystander's generosity as you can see he has offered me his for free. If it's in good working order then I would love to go for a drive to Sydney, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind a case of beer :D

TPS has issues with cylinder 1, new order being placed with TTZED/Simon and hopefully ZCar91 or another local can help me set this up as i do not have access to the ConZult.

Radiator will get rodded late spring. I've ordered 3 gauges from summit, can't wait to fit them in.

This weekend I will attempt to fit the rear adjustable camber arms I have purchased from Simon and have an allignment done aswell.

So many things, step by step is how I'm going to approach it.

I'm still not sure why I only boost @ 7 pounds max. I would have thought I should be at around 10 because of 2.5 kakimoto exhaust with 3" high flows???

Anyway looking forward to getting to know you all, I am ready for some cruises :D

110K service is fun aint it ;)

I am half way through mine at the moment, will change the cam and crank seals tonight. Gee you sure have got a list of progressive repairs to do. With your boost issue, if you have a standard ECU and no other mods you should only boost to 9PSI (provided you have an aftermarket boost gauge, don't waste your time with the OEM). I would have thought with the bigger exhaust system you may if anything lower your boost pressure slightly with the reduced back pressure. BTW, what did you do in regards to the timing belt idler pulley's? Did you replace them and if so where did you get them from and how much, did you replace the auto tensioner?

ah, maybe that's why i have 7psi boost, can someone confirm?? anyway i'm not trying to get upgrades done because of boost, just because i love this baby and i am dedicated to make her my life long project.

as for the tensioner, it came with the 100k kit from TTZED/Simon

in regards to the idler pulleys, i got them from the consolidated bearing company stated here

i got them for about $310ish+ together instead of the $190 each from ttzed.

    This service involved..>>

changing the cam and crank seals, cam sprocket, idler bearings, cam springs, cam belt, auto tensioner, short hoses, thermostat, water pump, steel lower radiator hose, ECU temp sender connector, relocating the PTU, replace coil pak connectors, new plugs, UD pulley and belts, new 3" cats, heater hoses, fuel filter, oil, oil filter and coolant.

A real 100k service! Took a while (at least a whole day).

The hardest part of the work was figuring out how four pairs of hands can work in such a small space at the same time and still remain friends at the end....lol.

    Cheers
