It seems to happen after it rains or something. It happened once before for a while but it fixed itself and now its back again. My car idles at 1.5k and i have no idea why. Is there any quick fix problems it could be?

Heres comes the flame with the search button....

I'm sure it's the white hat in your avatar causing the high idle.

    :D :zlove:

    AAC valve sticking maybe
    It can be cleaned.

    Sensors or Idle valve

The temperature sensor (TPS) reading wrong maybe, or the throttle position sensor TPS, should be 0.44V. Its very useful to hook up to a computer to check those sensor readouts. Especially useful to adjust the idle adjust screw untill the IACV valve reads right at about 30%.

Carby cleaner might free up the idle air control valve (IACV).

If you turn on the aircon does it lift the revs slightly?
If you disconnect the harness from the ecu TPS does the auxiliary fan turn on?

    After rain >>>

    >>> check the underbonnet sill seals are not allowing water to flow down over the AAC/FICD connectors. Give both connector pins a clean and coat in silicon grease.
