I've had a look around the internet.. but can't manage to find a trustworthy source noting the 0-100 km time for an auto 2+2 twin turbo 300zx. or (0-60mph)

Anyone know how fast an auto twin turbo 2+2 300zx will go from 0 to 100?

Anyone who's modified an twin turbo auto as well, could you tell me what modifications have the most effect on acceleration? besides the obvious power to weight ratio. What effect do things such as an UDP, Boost controllers, intercoolers, lightweight wheels, lightweight driveshafts/ 1 piece driveshafts... etc have on acceleration in regards to an Automatic zed?

Will a manual conversion on an automatic zed accelerate quicker than a normal manual, due to the different camshafts used and slightly smaller turbos?

Also what would be a reasonable 0-100 time to aim for without modifying internals?

JDM auto TTs will accelerate to 100 in the same time as a manual. Why, smaller turbine housings for faster spool, different VCT cut off points

Auto's seem to be used in drag cars to my knowledge. So there must be an advantage to using them. Probably stall converter related or... perhaps if you miss a gear in a drag car it could mean big consequences.. iono

Yep, plus you can build full boost while in D with your foot on the brake then let it rip. ;)

NA diff/leader gears, boost controller (and increasing boost of course :p), anything that saves weight, stall convertor, shift kit, and if you're planning on doing it repeatedly - intercoolers.

Personally I've done intercoolers, shift kit and boost controller. Massive difference to me, personally.

yep, all burn out cars are auto too.

but idrags are more semi auto with shift kit for the simple fact that you cant shift as fast or smooth as an auto

Shift kit? on an Auto? Do they make them? Where do i get one from?... sorry lol i didn't know they existed. What difference does the shift kit make and is it easy to install?

Is it true that boost shouldn't be set above 12 using stock injectors?

I planned on putting the boost up, and wanted to get aftermarket intercoolers and BOV's to support the extra boost as well as some better piping.

Shift kitted autos are very popular. I run 12psi because I know that it's safe, the injectors are one factor but I could probably run 14psi as long as, the injector duty cycle isn't too high. Intercoolers should get you to 14psi safely, provided your injectors aren't maxed.

Well if we want to play the semantics game ..lets talk about the differences between JDM NA and TT suspensions as well .. like quicker NA rack ratios, stiffer NA front springs .. NA thicker front sway bars etc and etc and etc ..then we can talk about the NA cam profiles vs TT ... TT.net is not THE definitive Z32 resource as the JDM Z32s had many more differnces then the Auspec ..NZSpec and US spec Z32s
