Im having trouble getting grip so 0-100 isnt really interesting to me. My best effort was 4.8sec.
100-200 is more relevant as people might have grip here. My best measurement when i did it a few years ago was 7 flat.

What vehicle do you want to compare against?
    Twin Turbo or Non Turbo?
    Automatic or Manual Transmission?
    2.0 or 2+2?
Convertible, Slick Top or Targa Top?

According to my Apexi RSM, 4.4 seconds when the car was making 280rwkw.
Haven't remeasured since my retune, but wouldn't expect too much of a change.

    2+0 TT Targa.

Now, where is Alfred with his stock auto TT running 2.9 seconds 0-100km

Well at least you're all faster (0 - 100 km/h) than the latest supercharged 6.2 litre 430kW HSV-GTS (5.0sec) not to mention the Ford FPV GT (5.3sec).

    http://www.motoring.com.au/reviews/...f/muscle-car-masters-fpv-gt-f-v-hsv-gts-44801

A stock TT could hang with the FPV (up to a 100km/h).

Z's aren't the only ones that struggle for traction it seems.

Though on the recent Sydney drag day I only saw one Z match the HSV-GTS 12.9sec quarter mile time reported here:

    http://www.motoring.com.au/reviews/audi/gts/flat-out-in-the-outback-43813

No doubt you can mod the GTS and FPV to be faster still. It's a bit unfair me comparing a modded Z32 to a stock V8 but it does go to show how fast the 24 Y/O Z32 is even today (or maybe how slow the Aussie cars are - or maybe that's its one thing to have a quadrillion hp and another to be able to put it to the ground effectively).

I don't think it's unfair at all to compare a modded zed to a v8 because you've got 24years of technological and mechanical advance and refinement to work off.
Not to mention over double the capacity ..
Keep and eye out for Sydney drag results , there's a bundle of zeds that should be doing 11 somewhere

Something to use as a benchmark from the one & only article on this forum:

"In Australian spec, running premium unleaded.
Nissan quotes 0-100km/h in 7.2 seconds for the five-speed (8.7 for the auto) with the 400 metres achieved in 15.3 seconds.
The auto is a full second slower."

    Except from Edmonds.com Car Review:

"Playing a starring role in all of this is the fourth-generation Nissan 300ZX. Debuting for the 1990 model year, the 300ZX was the quickest, fastest and best-handling Z to date. Even when viewed from a modern-day perspective, the top model, the 300ZX Twin Turbo, still has a dazzling stat sheet. To wit: a twin-turbo V6 engine belting out 300 horsepower, a sophisticated four-wheel independent suspension and available "Super HICAS" rear-wheel steering. Depending on which published road test you look at, the 300ZX Twin Turbo could reach 60 mph between 5 and 6 seconds flat.

The Nissan 300ZX could also outrun just about every competitor at the time. It couldn't, however, outrun fate. The car's costly technological hardware combined with the U.S. dollar's weakness against the yen in the mid-'90s drove the price up, effectively killing this former sports car bargain. Nissan stopped importing the 300ZX to the U.S. after the '96 model year.

For someone interested in a used sports car, this 300ZX and its depreciated pricing are very tempting. But there are caveats. Though the car has a pretty good reputation for reliability, Nissan did pack a lot of technology into it that can go wrong. And since it's a sports car, the odds of finding one that hasn't been wrecked, beat on or modified by a dim-witted previous owner are quite slim. Make sure you do a thorough inspection and obtain as much of the car's history as possible before considering a purchase.
