I can only assume this is going to be a track car... Isnt 2000RWHP ridiculus on a street car? If you do plan on driving that on the road, make sure you get a traction control kit or something...

The only reliable way to get that sort of power is with HUGE displacement. 7L bigblocks, or better yet aero engines. just get a slightly used RR Merlin V12 :p They are 2000hp stock :D

Damn Canadians  Ok, back to the original question.

    whats the VG30DETT horsepower capability?

Answer: :bash: How long is a piece of string?

RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH, GOOGLE GOOGLE GOOGLE, or PM iCER for some good advice. :whatever:

No, not 30 seconds at a time, 1 and 1 only 30sec run for the life of the engine. That is if you don't kill yourself in 4 seconds by hitting a wall or blowing yourself up.

    No more stupid questions!

Buy a 454, 2x T88's, NOS, some custom crap and happy days for the poser with the dyno queen. :D

Better yet, don't waste your time degrading a zed, just buy a Buick Grand National like this one :D

30-50k is a reasonable estimate for a reliable 700hp IMHO...

Since you guys are so adamant it's bullshit why don't you share with the rest of us what knowledge you're holding back?

Hahaha, my bad. My mind must have been at the drag strip when I typed that, Geoff Crisp owns/prints Dragster Australia magazine. Either that or I was thinking of some Crispy Beaver after reading up on Beaver's update. (Don't tell me he isn't a Geoff either :eek::eek:.)

Not in a proper 'road registered' car, but have seen it done a couple of times. Physically a massive motor, we have one sectioned at uni, friggen huge intercooler with a two stage centrifugal supercharger on them. Valves are huge, few inches across  They are 27L after all :p
