ok.. so it's been another couple of weeks

since these were sposed to be cleared by the customs agent... I'd really like to get hold of mine so i can sell them before the earth runs out of oil! Having paid $530 6 months ago and still not having anything arrive before my Z was sold has been frustrating...

 

This is realllllyyyy frustrating for me aswell. The Items HAVE arrived in Aust and i HAVE seen the custom docs.

I am not part of this GB but have been watching it with growing disppointment. I have just got back from interstate and have spoken with some VERY disgruntled Zedders.

The items HAVE arrived in Australia?
1.) OK then, please advise the name of the vessel.
2.) Please advise basic shipment and arrival dates of the Bill of Lading.
3.) Even better, take a copy of the suppliers invoice and BOL, blank out private details such as addresses, prices etc., scan it, and put it up here as an image. Give the majority of faithful trusting souls that your comments are real.
4.) If you can't or won't do any of these then please advise why not.

If the goods have genuinely arrived and are in storage, then storage/bondage/demurrage charges will be being incurred, and the bill is going to get bigger and bigger.

The company i?m dealing with is in Sydney. I?m TRYING to tread carefully as I have A LOT of my own money invested with the import agent.
Give me another week to sort this out.

 

How about you cough up some of the documentation as Mikey suggested rather than saying "wait another week". Not only would that support your case it might settle the lynch mob. This G/B stinks its up to you sort it out with some factual evidence rather than smoke and mirrors.

 

Wow, this has been going on for a while now! I just bought a whole heap of bike stuff from England/europe, only took a day to get through customs and I don't even have an agent to fast track it.... maybe you'd better employ someone else james..... :bash:
