The adaptor is 25mm, if you have a look at your stock top radiator hose you will notice is drops in size in the middle. this part of the pipe is 25mm so thats why they have made it in only this size. does not come in any other sized. so you will obviously need a stock top radiator hose for this adaptor to work...

looks good, angled, will flow with the stock look ;) ;)

I've got the one that Fleet supplies (straight config). The thread size on that one isn't the best for autogauge gauges that I got. (from Auto Tech Auctions)

put me down for one too. So long as it'll be fine for the stock non-turbo top rad. hose then all's sweet

If the product comes from Z1 I have no doubt that it fits, I like the idea of the angle, but this ID figure of 25mm concerns me. Firstly, Chad's comment:

Secondly, the item as listed on Z1's website does not mention this 25mm diameter anywhere; neither does it specify that a stock top hose is needed.

I have an SFS silicone top hose, ID is 34mm at one end and 40mm at the other. No way does it reduce to a 25mm ID inbetween. I also have a 34mm straight adapter, not yet fitted, which is a perfect fit in the 34mm section. I would prefer to use this Z1 unit in the SFS hose - if it fits!

Given that Z1 also sell Samco and Z1 branded silicon top hoses, Chad, as the GB organiser, perhaps you could email Z1 and clarify whether or not these adapters will work with the silicon hoses? If you've already done that, and this has prompted your comments, could you please make that clear?

    Cheers, Mikey.
