Received mine the other day & fitted them today, very impressive
couldn't ask for anymore, 'I see the light'! It now also shows how
badly my light alignment is, which I best fix.
    Thanks again! :D

    Cheers,
    Mike

    Zedboy,

The oil from your hand can cause the thin glass to fracture and let the gasses escape - hence why it may not be working.

My recommendation is to check your wiring and ensure that you have everything connected properly. Failing that, remove the HID kit and see if it works with a mock setup. This will show that the bulbs are working or not when wired correctly. If its working outside the light - install carefully and ensure that you have followed everything correctly.

Most aftermarket HID kits run off the factory light sockets to activate the ballast and switch the light on. Check to see that this wiring has been plugged in correctly.
