    We should have lunch . . .

    We should have lunch at AlaGreque. It is owned by friend of mine and in my opinion has the finest food in that area with a good price. It is where the old Mexican restaurant was in Aries Inlet and has a BIG grass area for the Zeds and thus photo opportunities.

    Just a thought . . . I can arrange it with Kosta (the owner) if needed . . . .

    I'm keen to go on another g.o.r. cruise but have got a family commitment on the same day so slight chance I'll have to pull out but will probably just need to head home a touch earlier, for the time being though count me in.

    & samuraigecko while I agree AlaGreque has a fantastic reputation for its meals I think lunch at Airies Inlet wouldn't really work as we're normally a few hours further down the coast by that time of the day.

    Lunch venue has allready been chosen :cool:

    excelent parking, excelent food and more than you expect aswell & at affordable prices .... + a bonus treat for those that are not in the area that often.


    just have to book the weather man onto our side :(




    As for distance.......
    make sure you have a full tank when leaving geelong / torquay.

    I think this time I'll bring everyone down the bypass rather than through Geelong like normal. We will then turn right onto the Prices Highway, then left up Angelsea road. Normally I would turn left up Mt Moriac road, but it is out of action until 23rd of Dec as far as I know, so we'll go further down and then find a way into Torquay that way. Much easier to keep all the cars together. Prob a few kays further to drive, but most of it will be at 100 so probably a bit quicker and heaps less traffic lights!

    I'll work out an exact route before the cruise! and post it up.
