OK rob260 conservativly rates them at 350 rwkw and UAS slot car has had them up to 400 rwkw, funnily enough I rated them at about 373 rwkw (500 rwhp) right in the middle.

    GT28R is a turbo.

GT600R is the Z1 motorsports part number for a turbo kit, using the GT28R turbo

    Capable...

OEM TT Fuel Pump is capable up to around 600hp. OEM N/A Fuel pump, 500hp.

The bottleneck will be the 555cc injectors, eventually. The pump will throw more fuel than they could handle.

And add a FPR to that list of mods.

I wouldn't use a tired, 20 year old pump though. The check valves are known to leak right around this age, causing you to lose pressure and eventually leading to failure.

    Cheers
    Rob.

A few things you should keep in mind.

    1) The bore diameter of the 300 degree rails is the same as the stock fuel rail. ( IMO why bother) and are not thermally isoated from the lower plenum.

    2) The stock TT fuel pump is one of the highest flow rate OEM pumps made. If its working properly no need to change it.

    3) If CAMS are changed to high lift. You will reach the same power level at much lower PSI than if you use stock items. This has to be good.

    4) You should concentrate on removing air flow choke points in the air flow system ( plenum, head, manifold, dump) The choke point in any system should be the TURBO and nothing else for maximum power at the lowest boost level

555's will be fine with a GT600R kit and all the mods you've listed. With stock FPR will be cutting it close but up adjustable FPR will cut the mustard fine. To give you an idea, Fleet ran early stlye 555's in his Z which run GT675RS turbos race after race with no less then 380KW at the treads.

I'm running these injectors in mine also with virtually identical mods at 20PSI :)

Ha no he doesn't, he's got the big $$ motorsports kit from UAS. Slightly different GT28RS configuration with much bigger inlets compared to Z1 kit.

Just looking for a power rating for the GT600r/28r not what they will produce in ANY situation.

All things being equal and in a situation where maximum HP can be attained the limitation of the 555 injectors is where we were heading.

Same turbos Rob, I said nothing about a kit which will make two tenths of stuff all difference in this application anyway.

I always thought that denso manufactured sard (they make a few sard parts) and power enterprises injectors. What do you think the difference is?

No not the same turbo... GT675rs kit using t25 flanged inlets have a 53mm pipe leading to compressor, compared to 2 3/4" using tube style inlet. Not particularly relevant to simon and his gt28r based kit but if comparing to fleet's car we max as well get the details right...

OK Rob, to get the details right, what you're saying is that fleet is running with bigger turbo's than what is being discussed in this thread, and yet doing it with 555cc injectors

flange and pipe sizes aside, it means that the fuel isn't a problem

    :)

fleets is about the most powerfull ive ever seen on 555's, fuel pressure must have been raised quite a bit.

It consistently ran over 320rwkw on different dyno's around bris.
