Halfway through the passenger side front suspension now. Just waiting for the paint to dry on the UCA and main suspension arm. Have already pulled apart the brake rotor and hat and painted both of them, plus polished the connecting bolts.

It's the silver base coat for the candy orange. Will come off with first brake application.

K&N protectant and body deadener. Can't get it anymore as 3M have bought them out so have to buy the 3M stuff now and continue on with the rest of it all.

Oh that was a lifetime ago now hey?
To be honest I'd love to piece this back together the way I've imagined it. I've not seen another done the same way I have planned and it will be truly unique. The problem is (and I am not looking for any form of sympathy etc) I had a pretty bad car accident nearly 2 years ago and a lot of the last 2 years has been spent on recovery. I've kept going whenever I could afford to continue with the mods but progress has been excruciatingly slow. Just getting the driveline back in between the rails was personally one of the most satisfying achievements in the last 2 years. That and walking properly again. She'll get there. Looking at all the positive comments in the old for sale thread has boosted my enthusiasm again so thankyou again to the forum and ed300zx for linking it. I can't wait to show you something truly worthy of maybe even international attention soon.

    Cheers all.

Wow epic build thread. Unbelievable attention to detail I can't image how much work is involved. I'll be following this thread to the end and hopefully I'll get to see the finished product one day.
