Yellow is a real head turner, if it was me though i would get something pretty unique, maybe California orange or titanium.
105 It's a speed alarm which is set on some Japanese zeds. Mine had it, and I disabled it last weekend really really easily. http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_images/Disabling_Speed_Alarm.pdf is the article I used. I couldn't unplug it, so I simply cut the wire and sealed both ends with tape. It's annoying yes, but at the same time you're on your Ps and unless you plan to be cruising at >105 KM p/h it can be useful for telling you when you roll over a little. I'm on my Ps as well, but my dad also drives my Zed (and he can obviously legally do 110) so I got rid of it. About the colour, nobody can tell you what to pick. I myself go through phases regarding which colour I like best on Zeds, and have come to the conclusion that different colours belong with different body shapes (kits, verts, 2+2's vs 2+0's). Give it at least 2 months of thinking IMO 'cause once it's done, it's very hard to change /back/. When I was on the market gun metal grey was my favourite, red my least. Then I bought a red Zed 'cause it had the combo I wanted (manual, na, targa, 2 seater) and now I love it. then I liked royal blue, then white. now I'm planning to get a sleek black 2+2 TT when I'm on my fulls. Every colour's been done, so just browse.
oh thanks mate yeah it is helpful yeah i wont be doing 110..but thanks for the help...yeah that is very true i will browse around an look for longer to see what i really like...the 300zx pull good for p plate car...but i got every wanker wanting to race me at the light's.. and people are asking me if its twin turbo an yeah...
That is a brilliant price, especially if mechnically it is in okay condition. It is ironic that in 1994 I paid $37000 for a red aus delivered na, at auction. I should have just waited 16 years. Keep the maintenance up, and it will give years of joy.

Must be where you live! Never happened to me. Not once. The amount of times I've been surrounded by cops (by coincidence) only to have absolutely nothing happen (not even pulled over, or if rbt no ask for license) is insane. Have fun, just don't take on every one. eventually you'll damage your car, get caught (or worse, beaten) and get a reputation with your local popo.
yeah it must be every single sports car or any thing trys an race's me...yeah i don't evern bother racing no one...but 4 days ago i was driving and cops got me an asked me where i was going i was just getin my pay for work..and i got fined $100 for my steering wheel not having any padding on it?

Yellow looks great and as said the speed chime takes 1min to disable. 110kmph being the national speed limit in Japan.
Agreed the yellow is something unique. 300zxx, maybe get a local forum member to go over your car for you and hook up a Conzult cable to check error codes and make sure your new toy is up to scratch. Otherwise congrats on what appears to be a real bargain Oh and dieseldave, $37000 for a zed back in 1994 seems pretty cheap? Especially since they would've been practically brand new back then?
