Dont need an upgrade fuel rail These fit into the stock fuel rail, used for zeds 90-94 with the series one lower plenum (also called valley cover)

As pilot said in his original thread title, Injectors with fuel rail, and he did mention that it's ready to be dropped in. So yes it's that's all you need.
Yes, ready to drop into the lower plenum. BTW, if you are upgrading from stock injectors, you will need to adjust the K (Constant) for the new injectors else the car will over-fuel, likely not run at all.
