VIC Random bits and pieces

I have a few bits and pieces which I've been lugging around from house to house since I sold my Z. All of this has been sitting in boxes for a long time and will need cleaning. I'm not sure what used parts are still good (ones that can die from not moving), they all worked when I pulled them off the car but do note that one rod is gone from when the bearing spun (before my rebuild).

Anyway, someone can take all of this for $500 if they're interested, i'll deliver around melbourne or you can pickup from balwyn, don't really want to send stuff interstate unless I really have to. I may have missed some stuff but this is most of it.

Brand new OEM knock sensor
Brand new davies craig electric water pump
brand new solid sub-frame bushes
6 used pistons and rods
valves
random heat shields
2 exhaust cam gears
valve springs and retainers
injectors which are probably broken
fuel rails
lower plenum
upper plenum (polished but oxidized badly as it's been outside and not in the pics - would need to be tanked and buffed to clean it)
stock manifolds
VVT solenoids - removed as I had the JUN cam gears and cams in my new engine.
n/a ps pump
engine mount
2 heads (these were fine - I only still carry these as I bought 2 worked heads from SGP at the time of rebuild)
throttle cover
dipstick
2 GReddy 1.5mm metal head gaskets (not sure if they can be used again)
stock camshafts
underdrive pulley (has some tiny marks on it in some spots so would need to be balanced which you should do anyway)
HKS EVC (no controller, only the in-car bit)

OEM Auto-tensioner - this had done about 500km but has surface rust all over it.

Stock fan not cracked and always been stored up-right

rear cargo blind (split on the seam, would need to be glued/stitched back on)

Black widow alarm - this was pretty useless, was only good for putting up the windows when you locked the car.

 

Hi,damn it, one of your pics is upside down,lol,I am in queensland and looking for a series 2 lower and upper plenum,If series 2,are all the threads ok and no crack.would you reccomend the plenum repairable/suitable for chroming?If not how much for just the lower?Also is that a auto or manual gearbox mount i can see in pic?

All parts are off a 89' TT 2 seater manual, all threads are ok and there are no cracks in either. I wouldn't chrome a plenum and I actually doubt it can be done in a reliable way seeing as how it's aluminium and not steel, you can however get it HPC coated, there are different companies which do this. I polished the plenum myself a long time ago, if you just buffed it with some white josco compound and a calico buff it would come up like a mirror.

I'm interested in the NA power steering reservoir and throttle bodies..

 

what price would you be asking for the gearbox mount,upper plenum,valve covers,combined.do you have nuts and bolts
Do you have any other auto to manual conversion parts apart from the g/b mount

Hi all, I will upload pics and reply with prices for parting it all out and to all the PM's sometime late tonight, sending this from my phone and was just updating the thread to say that the pictured torque plate is not included in any of this as it cost me $700 to get machined out of the heat treated alloy. Am happy to lend it out for $50 each time someone wants to get a block bored if they can't get hold of one but that is something I am keeping for a future date.

that gearbox mount you got, is that off a manual or auto?

Will definitely take the NA power steering reservoir, I assume there is no difference between TT/NA throttle bodies? Also depending on photos, I may consider the upper plenum too...if you're going on the GOR cruise, I'll grab them off you then

 

How much for the thing that sits on top of the engine (still yet to learn names for things)

Update - I'm still waiting for a response by someone who inquired about everything as soon as the post went up so if that falls through I will be parting it out and the people who have inquired about individual parts in order will have the first chance to buy. I will pm everyone who messaged me to let them know what happens as soon as I find out.
