... OEM 2000 Model Tail Lights and GOOD Copies made made by peeps here??? Sometimes the white face looks shiney on the rigional ones, and sometimes not... i dunno, any real differences???
If you're looking to replace the oem tails and find the 99/00 Spec ones a little too pricey, there's a "reasonable" alternative on ebay that might suit your means. To the untrained eye, the 99/00 Spec copies aren't too too bad if don't right. But, they're still easily identified by fellow Zedder's as copies.
Man I keep clicking thanks instead of reply.... ANYWAY.... Considering you can pick up a full OEM set for under $450 at the moment I don't think there's much point comparing...
You can click the remove your thanks button if you do it by accident... As for the lights, the ones that spoolzx or whoever it is does for $100 are really quite good. I haven't had a chance to compare side by side with real 2k lights though.
the best upgrade you can do for your zed is the 99 spec rear lights with the center panel untill you have them fitted you dont realise how good they look
the biggest difference you will notice is that the originals have a chrome surround and im guessing a chrome background behind the diffuser which makes the unit look alot brighter and newerrrr... guess it falls down to what you want, personally ive tried to get my car looking as dark as i can ie smoked lights etc so i prefer the modded ones for my car. but if your going for a clean new look than the new more chrome ones are good... with the pics above compare them with this and you can really tell which one has more of a brighter chrome look
look at mine elie! or i'll come meet you so you can check them out. $100 thanks to scott and i have an exact replica. you honestly can not tell a difference. same diffuser pattern, chromed insets and pin stripes. identical i swear.. but you have to have a look bro!
