Very nice work, seems to be well done although I reckon you should put a TT back in, you know you want to ;)

Don't ask me why but I expected to see a Kenworth or RM Williams mudflap on the back when I saw the spotties on the roll bar, and a few UHF aerials complemented with B&S Stickers:eek:.

Eventually, i would go back to a turbo once its all finished, but i dont know about VGDETT,
might just go the RB26, but thats not in the cards yet.

The UHF is in there, just gotta mount up the aerial, but the mudflaps just wont work

I saw this in the calender voting form. Gotta say, GREAT WORK.

I don't care what anyone says, this is a great piece of engineering and creativity. I love this zed. I even voted for you for the calender. Gutted it didn't make it.

    Welcome btw.

please keep it VG, chucking an RB26 in it would ruin IMHO.

keep it pure, keep it ZED!

    LOVE IT.

    Thats soo cool.

I think you need more 'URBAN' camo, right now it looks like 'MOO MOO' camo, if you get my drift.

    Still good regardless.

Does it still have the TT diff? If so, how does it go combined with the NA engine?

Not my thing personally but it looks very well done, impressive indeed.

Don't forget the new garage function, you could spend a day loading that with photos and texts of your exploits

Heard about this last weekend, but hadn't seen the thread.
Great work, engineering-wise. It won't be everymans cuppa-tea, but I for one like the concept... much better than the fiberglass insert already on the market!
If they can do this to a Rolls Royce or a '34 Ford, why not a Zed?
Today I had a clothes dryer in the back of my 2+2 and the hatch was virtually horizontal. I thought it looked almost like a station wagon (extra metalwork need down the sides to complete it), but I'm not brave enough to do anything about it.

    2nd...

it is cool because it is different...not a fan of the doors or spot lights but paint her a nice constant colour and she would be a beautiful ute

    I like it :D:D:D:D.
Now if the Z32 2+2 had been built to tow 2300kg (it's a sports car, why would they???) I would have my ideal tow car!

My comments - would have preferred stock doors.
For me, those wheels don't work with the camo look, perhaps stockies painted black.
Will the area where the lower rear panel meets the rear quarter panel be re-worked to be properly flush?

Needs a machine gun mounted somewhere, but might have problems with permits ....

You wouldn't believe how close this concept is to a Z32 model kit I idea I have had floating around in my head for a while now, your thread might be my inspiration to build it!
