good work mate. i noticed your glovebox is suffering from the same bent support frame syndrome that i have ;)

a tip from a fellow member was that if you bent the frame, simply pull the bottom of the glovebox out towards you and the top (which yours is clearly sticking out) should tuck back in.

have fun... the ***t of a job rear seat area awaits ;)

Looking good Chris. Mine wont be finished for a while as I haven't yet decided if the micro suede is up to the task.

Now all you need is some funky lights and a mirror ball and you can have a disco! :p

to be honest, im using it coz i got it and got it cheep and I like the colour.

In retro, it would NOT be my first choice of material.

There's very little "cussioning" to it, leaving it less than pleasant to touch imho (not that I stroke my car...much)

I also anticipate it will be hard to keep clean. Already have some dirty marks where I was over zelouse with the glue spray and it soaked through, and I really can't see a way of cleaning that shit up.

I'd go a full sued, or velour

I was going to throw in leather/leahterette, but for me, its been over done, + "can" make the car look cheep and plastic

get some glue remover. a good one is pure magic and removes the contact adhesive even if the glue is caked on overnight.

i nicked some off mum. don't spray it straight on tho, the stuff is pretty strong and if u spray it straight on it will soak through the material and end up lifting it. put a dab on a cloth and just lightly wipe the area where you had an accident ;)
