anti-lock warning light

    my anti lock warning light on the dash is always lit up
    when i slam the brakes tyres lock so obviously the abs system is not working
    wat could be the problem/cause of this
    anyone know a fix ?

    Check the fuse, probably blown.

    Start by checking the brake fluid.

    Then use the diagnostic procedure from the Service Manual.

    where is the fuse located?

    brake fluid is full...

    Did you try looking in the fuse box?

    the fuse is not blown...now wat do i look for ?

    sensors are plugged in.

    Have a look in the service manual

    Try the diagnostics in the Service Manual, like I said earlier.

    i had the same problem, and to fix it i checked and clean the two little plugs in the sides of the engine bay, there ones that sit between the inside of the wheel well and the engine,

    i dont know if i mentioned this before but when i press the brake pedal i can hear a sort of clicking as the calliper grabs the brake rotor
    can this be linked with abs malfunctioning??

    also IB i tried reading the service manual
    im a little confused as to where the flashing LED is located? could u please point me in the right direction
