I am in the same situation as you. I can either get some people round to help me or pay for someone to do it (probably tom from pzp) to do it. he will most likely charge 1.5-2hours labour. Budget for 200$ and you may get some change. but really, ring up some shops.. if your miles away from pzp (as i am) ring some other places.. get the phone book... or even pay someone from here to do it haha.

THREAD HIJACK: i need boost controller, boost gauge, temp sensor guage installed.. Who wants to help me :D!!

To be a zed owner is to be mechanic capable. you cant always find someone to work on the zed. "DIY" and "search" is always the answer from the forum.

    Or........
if you have done all maintenance yourself, it shouldnt be a problem.
if you paid someone to do all the maintenance, you should know where to find someone to install ebc.

so probably you havent done any maintenance and check, but just what to boost it harder make it faster.

conclusion: soon will have another dead zed.

Do it your self mate installing a boost controler is a pice of piss.

Wire the boost controler in, there is a accersories postaive wires you can tap into from the clock I am pretty sure its the blue wire with the silver stripes.
Than just add the negative to any metalic part of the body ( undo a screw near by that goes into he chasy rap the wire around it then do the screw back up.

With the engine bay run the solinoid wire through the fire wall into the bay them mount your solinoid.

The TT has 2 turbos so that means 2 actuator lines that go from your turbo actuators to your intercooler pipes (the black ones at the front of the motor that have the rubber pises that then atach to the throttle bodys.
Cut the laine in half on each side and join thehoses from the turbo actuators with a t pice thne do the same with the intake lines of the intercooler pipeing.
Now of those tees add some hose now you will be left with two lines the ones from the turbo is the actuator line and the one from the intercooler is the intake presure line just connect them t the soilinoid the instrction manual will tell you wich hose goes were on the solinoid for intake and actuator. ( make sure you contect it up for internal waste gate aplication.

If you were here in S.A id do it for $50 bux :p
    cheers

I think the point of this thread was to make sure he wasnt ripped off. If you want a Zed you will ned to look after it yourself or find a good/patient mechanic. Trust me when i say a good one as most are crap and it really shows when they work on Zeds. Nissan is a crap place too as a number of threads will attest to!

turbos on the zx dont have a pressure out let on the turbos it is on the intercooler pipeing.

other wise good pic 300zxt, describes it very well
