I am just wondering how many people would like to purchase some Zed merchandise. I have created a few samples and nearly got it all my logo's and Ideas completed, with stencils and my designs are on their way. Some items are: Targa bags Seat Covers Cargo net bays Visors The things taht go on those flip down things to protect your eyes (lol) Key rings Mugs Shirts (T's or collars) Carry Bags / Travel Bags Watches Any other ideas?

stubbie holders are already a forum fundraiser, are they not ... ???? .. you should also be aware that the forum name, web address and logo/s may not be used without approval ....
I have stencils made up , that don't have web addresses. Logo? you mean "Z" ? I can remove stubbies from the list, i allready have a bit to do to keep me happy for the time being.

2 questions for you that I'd like clarificaton about: 1/ Are you working with the moderating team to offer a genuine aus300zx.com product (ie to give something back)? 2/ Or is this a pure money making venture for you?
If the mods are willing, i would be glad to work with them. At the moment, its just me. Being a university student is tough and i have a sewing machine and other design machinery at my peril so i can make it. I like the keyring, and i allready have 3-4 designs going, ill post pics when i get them all done, and we can have a group discussion. If mods want to PM me, i would be happy to talk.
What does it matter? He is offering "Z" merchandise, as relating to any Nissan Z car ever made and will be made. He is not offering "aus300zx.com' merchandise. It's no different to making Z throttle cable covers, Z nose panels, Z seat covers... who cares? Mods shouldn't need to get involved since it's not forum related, it's "Z" related... you wanna get Nissan involved????
There were 2 things that came to mind from my first reading of the first post in this thread that were not 100% clear and I felt required clarification. Firstly, from first read it was not 100% obvious to me that the merchandise would or would not have aus300zx on them. Maybe that is down to my comprehension, and if you go back through and read the replies from various people you can see I'n not alone thinking that might be the case. Secondly, the forum is run by funds generated from merchandise (stickers, stubby holders, lanyards, shirts of the T & polo variety, CD's etc). I would hate to see a venture such as this eat into the ways that this forum is funded. An alternative get the mods involved was suggested so as to remove any us-versus-them issues down the track. Just so you know, my own personal position is that any business that makes a sale from the forum (in FSBB) should be forced to donate a percentage back to the forum. Great in theory but probably unworkable in reality. So you can see my issue is not with this individual (in fact I applaud the initiative), but in making sure the forum remains stong. Purely my thoughts (rightly or wrongly). No offense meant. :zlove:
