I like it :) Is it new? I think it's a nice blend for the Z interior, not overdone at all. Make sure you post a pic of it fitted in this thread.

Although I can apprecitat the rareness I much prefer the '94+ airbag wheel. I'm still dirty that the last owner removed mine to put on a hideous saas wheel from supercheap :vomit:

I now know this steering wheel up close & personal

I now know this steering wheel up close & personal ... go on you @#$%$%^&* thing. I can honestly say Nissan / Navan got the design look right when it is attached to the car.

Firstly, the mounting holes don't match my car's Momo steering column mount from the current Pilota steering wheel. So I needed to template and then drill the corresponding mounting holes ... The metal is not as hard as the Momo steering wheel because the tungsten drill made a relatively easier job drilling through the Navan wheel when compared to the Momo i.e like 3 hours compared to 4 hours.

Secondly, the Navan horn buttons don't use two independent wires but rather only a single wire per button by using the steering wheel frame as part of the circuit, hence I am unable to use these buttons as my Shift-At-Will paddles. Plus the single wire bullet connector of the Navan horn button has no immediate way of being connected to the Momo horn button without modifying the horn connector. Hence these button currently dont do anything, but the centre of the wheel is the horn.

Thirdly, the Navan wheel is larger than the Momo ... finally I can see all on the dials completely.

Fourthly, it matches ... not only the Navan gear-stick but my AVS rims in both colour and contour. Also matches my car's cream gray interior.

Post pictures ... well you will just have to come on the NSW 14th June cruise :p
