Hey mate I have no diograhms but its a pice of piss with the motor out.

    Bascly remove the sump

then the oil pick up line to 10mm headed botls I think ?

undo the 2 main bolts holding it down to the block from the underside could be 18mm head sised bots ?

On the out side of the oil pump remove all the bolts 10mm again im pretty sure ?

Remove the timing belt gear on the crank if it hasent been removed (prick of a job I used an angle grinder got it of nicley but make sure you dont cut into the crank use a chisel and a hammer as it gets close)

Then im prety sure thats it, it will be stuck on as it has little pins pry it of with a screw driver but be carefull not to scratch the mating surfaces and your done.

the best way to get the gear of is to drill just above the key way with a 10 mm drill then get a cold chisel & crack it

Thanks for guidance guys but someone must KNOW how to do this - how many bolts there are, where they are, technique for removing after all bolts undone (my crank pulley is already off).
    thanks

WLDTTZ gave a fiirly good explanation.

Remove gearbox support brackets, 2x17mm and 1x 14mm bolt heads
Remove turbo drain pipes, 2x hose clamps, 2x 12mm head bolts in each
Drain oil and remove sump, 24x 10mm head bolts
Remove oil pick up, 4x 10mm bolts
Remove air con and a/c brckets, 4x 14mm bolts to block, 2x 12mm bolts through oil pump
Remove 5x 10mm bolts in oil pump
Pry oil pump from block carefully as it is located on dowels.
