now this is a daily driver zed

my brother has turned, he has decided that he would rather buy a zed for his first car as aposed to a skyline or supra... thank god!:zlove::zlove::zlove:

in his search he has found this little gem.

and a HG Galant GSR before buying the Z. I cained the arse out of those cars before settling down with the Z. On that note, I may have settled down but I refuse grow up!

he's still got three months before he gets his licence so he's "looking for the right one".

but when he does get a zed(hopefully he dosnt change his mind) then i will be teaching him a thing or two about it and will be helping him do a 100k service

afterall he'll be my assistant when i get off my arse and do mine lol

thats pretty low considering the age... and if it has local history it be real figures.. having seen this makes me feel good.. my aussie spec has less Kms. Not the lowest kms for this forums aussie sector.

I think thats a typo.. the odo should read 230 maybe the box he ticked on his add was in miles.. the ODO in the zed would be in kms... would'nt it be more likely he read off the odo and typed in what hes seen off the dash?

I have seen a 300,000km zed it looked like it had only done 150 but 230,000miles i dont think so.

 

Yeh maybe but it wouldnt be unheard of for a 20 year old car doing those sort of k's especially if it was a daily driver...if it really has done 230000 then it might be a good buy...

 

First car I ever owned when I was 16 was a 94 ford falcon and it had 564000kms on the clock got it free.

 

my first car was a 94 commonwhore....had over 250, was a daily work ute, thrashed like no other.

i ended up spending most of my money on the car whether it was fuel(bloody 3.8litre) or the alternator/starter motor and i drove it around for a long time before i gave it to my old man and bought my zed.


even if it was old and tacky i loved that car... i get to drive it around for the day on friday cant wait!

 

go into the forsale section on the forum..

a member with the user bbell is selling a aus spec zed... under 200XXX km's on it and ive seen it..

the engine is running perfect...

the good thing about it is that it is unmolested...

 

i thought about that one for myself.

but i think he is waiting to find one for a little bit cheaper and in nsw.
