Well I've been on the forums for some years but only recently joined the zed ranks. I just realised I still haven't introduced her yet so without further adieu... This is Jorge's old car that I picked up a little while back. :)

(I'll post some better pics when I get a chance to drag the DSLR and zed out to a more photogenic location).

She's virtually as Jorge left her. Many of you know this cars history but feel free to ask any questions.
I've got her booked in at AMEC at the moment getting the clutch replaced, major service done, and a few other little things just to make it a little more daily driveable and reliable.

Shameless plug: I may have a twin plate clutch for sale in the near future if anyone is keen too. ;)

Huge 2nd, get yourself with Bomex side skirts or maybe, just maybe the Veilside C1 skirts and their respective rear bars. It'll look way too damn mint. Congrats mate, shes a beaut. :D

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. I agree some Bomex skirts (or even Stillen if it wasn't for the premium) would be a nice touch - we'll see. Don't worry I'll have plenty more pics (including interior and engine bay) once I get her back from AMEC.

As much as I'd love to be there sunday I'll be stuck at work. :(
Might cya cruising around though Brissie Beauty ;)

I tried googling 'Voltec' but am still at a loss as to what this thing actually does? Some kind of voltage control for the stereo gear? Anybody know

Just wanted to thank Pete at AMEC too. The car has been running fantastic since I got it back. I'd highly recommend AMEC to all Qld zedders - quality service there! :)

    Looks great!

However, I think that rather than spend silly money on side skirts to match your front, buy a 2k Jspec front (or a UAS 2000 one) and be done with it!

Why mod the rest of the car to match the front when you could change to a front that matches the rest? Plus they look sexy.

Interesting idea there blueraven. I don't mind mixing and matching kit parts so long as it still looks clean and flows well. Both the Stillen & Wings West side skirts were both pretty similar looking from memory, so there's more than one out there that could work. I'd be inclined to go with Bomex skirts to save some coin, but that would be for a later date anyway. Have some other little things I want to add to her first. :D

Haha I would hope so beaver :p It was a real shame hearing about Jorge's first zed. I've already replaced the fuel lines in mine just for peace of mind. Don't want any "Fire Ball II" nasties here :p

    Nice Grey Zed Photos

    Hey OzJustin,

Great Zed you have there - nice purchase for sure!

I must say you don't seem to see many nice gray colour Zed's around and this one seems to have a lot of nice upgrades to it in just the right places.

Well done, enjoy your new beast. I do like the wheels too.:)

    Cheers.
