hey everyone, i am able to get a set of rays lightweight racing rims for very cheap, was just wondering if these would fit on my 300 as a set of spares.... Front rims are 17 x 7 and rear rims are 17 x 8. front tyres are 215/45r17 91W XL Rear tyres are 235/45r17 97W XL. also would these be to small and not fill the guards at all, and opinion for these on a silver zed :S?
You haven't listed an offset figure so no-one can say how it would fill the guards. Personally I would give them a miss - 7" rim and 215 tyre on the front is narrower than stock in both cases.
hey mate i got a set of 17's on my 300, not sure of the width but they are fairly chunky prob bout the same size as yours id say, fits good better if they were bigger but i think yours will suit perfect bcoz of the style, think they would look sweet with the paint.if you dont want them id be happy to buy them off you, if the price is right, all the best
well there coming off a skyline, ill find out the offsets by tomorrow wat are these worth anyway? cause i no 17x7 is quite small for the front :S wat are the stock rims? 16x7.5? cheers
Yes, 16x7.5. If they are off a skyline the offsets will probably be ok. I like wider than stock, so min 8", but Rays wheels aren't cheap. If they are dirt cheap just buy them to sell to a Silvia boy.
