Zedcare Tune Ups $99

Zedcare is offering a $99 tune up for Brisbane and surrounds forum members.

Owners are also welcome to either watch / assist in the work (which helps you learn more about your zed and shows you how you can do your own future tune ups if desired).



Includes:

• Full Datascan/Conzult ECU diagnostic report (includes cylinder load balance and battery voltage tests)
• Idle speed, TPS, CAS adjustment(s) as required from above report
• Electrical connections inspected if required (and cleaned/retensioned if required) including fuel injector terminals which are almost always dirty/corroded. Free replacement terminal(s) installed as required from my 2nd hand spare parts stock if available (more details here)
• Fuel lines checked / clamps tightened (fuel line replaced at additional cost)
• Throttle Bodies cleaned if required and ECU self-learn reset (remove dirty residue that accumulates on throttle body butterflys and surrounding plenum chamber- can cause unstable idle, hesitation, high idle, sticking throttle etc)
• Vacuum lines and intake pipe connections /clamps checked/tightened
• Fluids* checked and topped up if required (*engine/radiator/power steering/AT/clutch)
• Cooling System check including clutch fan and auxiliary fan, water hoses for wear/ connection tightness
• Fan belts inspected for tightness/condition
• Spark plug(s) checked/cleaned/regapped if required (replaced at cost)
• Visual inspection & overall check of the zed
• Drive test if requested
• Impartial advice/suggestions on desired future modifications
• Set up a future maintenance plan for reliable, trouble free zedding (including reviewing 100K service & cooling system overhaul requirements)
• Assessment of when a Plenum Pull is required in future

Cost - $99 (+GST) - covers up to the first 2hours. An agreed hourly rate applies thereafter if required.
