is this common or a faulty bearing..also i had the 2 piece rebuilt and its all good with no vibrations but got this howling noise with the bearing..only really noticeable when slowing down from 20km-0.
haha install one peice!!! how many times are u going 2 replace the bearing... other things 2 look out for... worn tranny mounts. worn diff mounts
i am happy with the 2 piece,my worn out centre bearing made no noise so its not the tranny or diff mounts..just the bearing.i will make a call tommorow a get it sorted
Apparently not(hence this thread). Never heard of a noisy centre bearing(particularly a new one).:zlove:

both of you are retards..as this thread has nothing to do with a 1 piece.go ahead and blaber on crap if you nothing else better to do
I recently.. ..had a gearbox replacement done and my tail shaft was giving off vibrations due to a worn centre bairing (spellin sux) and I had it replaced with another second hand one since it had to be removed anyway. I feel given the age of the car they were pretty lucky to even find a second hand one, let alone one that runs smooth as silk. If it wasn't for the gearbox going I would have definately stuck to the philosophy of "replacement means upgrade" but finances got in the way... I guess what I and these "retards" (who BTW have miles and miles worth of Zed experience) are trying to say is in the long run, if you can afford it, allways upgrade to something better/more reliable when you can afford to. I'll be aiming for single piece next year hopefully...!:zlove: :zlove:
So, telling you that I have not previously heard of a squealing centre bearing, is "blabbering crap", is it? BTW, I got "ripped a new asshole" by the Mods(not all that long ago) for using the word "retards" in a post. How times have changed. Well F**K YOU, buy some ear plugs.:whatever:
