[NSW] Cruise & Swap Meet-14 or 15 June

NSW - Nowra Cruise & Swap Meet

If there is enough interest I?d like to organise a cruise to Nowra and host a Zed parts swap meet.

Here?s the Plan?

A cruise from Sydney to Albion Park on the South Coast, then onto Nowra where I have access to a car park that we can use as a venue to swap/sell/giveaway our spare Zed parts, that I know most of us have accumulated. I?ll also arrange for Hot Dogs and soft drinks to be available on the day for lunch.
There will also be something for the ladies. What do you think?

Date: Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th of June 2008 (will go with the preferred majority).

Meeting Points:
1. Sydney Zedders to determine somewhere south of Sydney (ie. Heathcote McDonalds)
2. Albion Park McDonalds (This is where I?ll meet up as startpoint for cruise to Nowra.

Proposed Time:10am at Albion Park McDonalds, departing for Nowra at 10:30.

This will be a great opportunity to get together, have a cruise, meet new people, swap some bits, talk Zeds as usual, and have a good time.

Excellent idea... though my presence is depend on my car being ready, and my final assignment being completed for the 16th.

I do have some spare part to clear... may I suggest we list what parts we have to "give", "swap", "trade", "sell".
But PM each other if you are interested in any persons items, that way keeping the thread for who would like to attend.

Saturday 14th of June it is....

Well, it looks like we have enough interest to go ahead. The majority of reponses I have received so far would prefer Saturday the 14th. So that's that day we'll go with. Sorry to those who can't make it .

Who from Sydney would like to coordinate the meeting point in Sydney? This is only required to determine a start point and ensure that everyone gets away on time to arrive at Albion Park McDonalds at 10am.

Again if attendees wish to provide me with a list, via e-mail or PM, of any parts that you will bring, I'll post the full shopping list closer to the event date.

I'll also post a map with directions to the parking area in Nowra (across the road from my place) later on.

How about meet at Olympics site Car park 6 at 8am

leave by 8:20am head to Sylvania Maccas and then on from there by 9am, no later.
