Heres a pic of Barons rebuild that I found usefull:

Full replacement - and heat shielding....
But note that he has changed one of the LHS turbo lines so it doesn't point forward - you'll have to run it in a loop to connect it (that parts clearer in the tech article pics)
The lower LHS turbo water line is a #$%# to change btw :zlove:

Thanks for that:D I referred to that pic in another thread. Now explain how you create that link:confused: All my pic's are on a computer I no longer have access to, but spread though this forum. Sorry about the hi-jack, or can somebody PM me with detailed instructions on how to do it?

That helps thanks for that .. now i understand where to re route the coolant lines..

but i don't understand where the two vac lines goes to..????

on teh drivers side its says i should leave a 2foot vac line to go to EGR tubing? so where?

and the passanger side a 3 foot vac line from the carbon canister? where is the carbon canister?

is behind the passenger smic, the vac line for the cc runs from the balance tube to the metal pipe behind the passenger side headlight. Egr vac line goes to the vacuum gallery on the driver?s side. You really need to study the Manual a little, and the vacuum hose layout.
