I know the exact car , because many years ago my car was the guinea pig for the turbo modifications for Terrys car , me and the guys at Q tech reseached turbo upgrades and we both ended up with the same kit , Stock high flowed housings with Modified T28 cores done by Mike Vine Turbo chargers . Mine was the first to go in and my car ran 370RWHP Terrys ran 450RWHP as he had the Power FC and 555cc nismo injectors custom dump pipes . I also have his original 18" Wheels on my car right now . I'll see if I can dig up The HPI article of a few years ago on it . No way it did ever 7 seconds . low 10's from memory Oh and it also had a gawdy bit of artwork up the side of it with a sword or something .
I remember Blade. I don't remember all the details but I certainly remember people questioning the amount spent on it when it went up for sale. The reaper or something wasn't it?
I remember Blade..... who was on the forum a couple years ago from Queensland, quite a character..... lol Apparently his plan was to build a Z which was going to be ultra quick, money no object. From what I remember he did some work to one, but for whatever reason ended up selling it after a while and I think got himself a Supra or something like that?
lol blade83, not him. a 10 second car it was, yeah he got a supra then he was moving over to japan for a year n recconed he was gunna bring back a 2000model zed lol... wonder what ever happened to him
A guy i new named terry bought it, had it for a few years. Was sold and don't know where it ended up but would be interested to know if it still get used. Very impressive 300. Was in hpi magazine not sure what number. From memory had like 500-550hp.
