ok here goes... my first GB.... I am going to get some GB prices for 5 and 10 sets of nismo 555cc injectors for my 89 z32. I will be using Paypal method for money transfer, so everyone can rest easy knowing all the securities are in place. I will most probably be getting them posted from japan, and they will come to your door. Group postage is welcomes as it makes it even cheaper. Now i have herd rumors that there are slightly different model injectors for earlier and later model zeds. is this correct? if so, the GB will take this into acount. I am looking at getting this GB underway soon with payments to be paid around mid feb hopefully. post up your interest here but only post if you plan on getting a set, no post whores... if you part your mullet and open your eyes simmo you would have read that i am GOING to get prices, not that ive already GOT prices... im sending out emails today to heaps of places. pics will be the same as on the suppliers websites, eg greenline and perfect run etc etc
some emails have been sent out already, ok, what comes with NISMO injectors is the injector and the o ring seals, that is all you need as they are bolt in, no colars or anything required. if your car is a '89-94 model, then your injectors will have a little purple plastic connector at the top, if you have a '94-'98 model, then yours will have a little yellow plastic connector (as seen on www.greenline.jp). and both the yellow and pink injectors are side feed. i havent bothered looking for prices in aus because from what ive seen, they are nearly double what the japs are advertising. if anyone knows of any place in OZ that would be keen to match or beat a jap price, let me know..
personally id feel much safer getting them from OZ ive sent tweakit an email and if they will accept pickup from their store.
New Nismo injectors do not come with new seals, you use your exisitng ones or replace them with new ones.
initial pricing is here... from the lovely people at perfect run. we are lookin at $872 + $20 for individual postage, or $40 for a 3 sets. this is for a set of Nismo 555cc Injectors (Item Code: 16600-RR701) ('89-'94) for the later models it works out to be $740 per set (postage is the same) these are the yellow ones Item Code: 16600-RR543 i am goign to see if jason from greenline can better this. the australian place is $1060 delivered.
You should get a price on a 94+ fuel rail for people who want to retro fit the newer injectors into their beast :zlove: Cheers Rob
Retro fitting is not the best idea..... Even if you machine the lower plenum to fit the rails, the spray pattern on the later injectors is wider and the ports on the head/lower plenum on 94+ were designed for this. It may work but it'll never be as good.

ok heres the plan, if you want the injectors at this price, let me know...i am not going to get involved with fuel rails and other assorted stuff. what would make it easier again is if you all have '89-'94 model zeds
