TO RETIRE IS EASY .. you just work for 35 years .. plus, plus .. contribute to the best superannuation fund then available in australia .. make a number of astute investments, mostly in property, take early retirement at 55 with a wonderful golden handshake ( gotta love johnny then, moving all the ol' farts on and paying them a tax free encouragement.. wot a wonderful fool ..!!) .. and then find a tuned in financial adviser and accountant .. easy, peasy and that equals golf 3 days a week, a zed, a merc, fully owned residence with a charddy shack .. plus, plus ... yep, life is a real bitch ... but you have to get out of bed before noon .. that's the bummer ...!! lol ... does not happen by accident, lad ...
