hey all well its been 9 bloody long weeks but finally i got my Z back today she went in for surgery and now she's alive n kickin better than ever...did an absolute sh1t load of things too much to mention but for the obvious few i got a full custom exhaust and had the plenum and cam covers powdercoated just for some bling effect, while it was off cam covers are blue and the plenum is a silver/grey kinda colour and got a new momo steering wheel too thanks to caz for most of the other bling and to kris for the cats...such perfect timing for that gb mate, cheerZ as for the cost...lets just say it was a 4 n a half page recept here is a few pix... here is my wheel here is my exhaust tips here is the engine bay stuff note: ignore the ugly yellow cover, will be painted blue/silver or somthin similar later on cheerZ :zlove:
9 weeks!!! That would explain why you have had so much spare time to play Test Drive on the 360 lol! BTW your car is lookin smoooooth man! I hope to finally get some pics of mine up over the weekend...its just that I haven't been able to drag myself out of the car to take a photo!
Looks very nice! Im saving up to pay off a few school fee and then planning to do quite a few mods to the zed~ somewhat over $5k worth, because the interior needs some brightening up! Plenty of other little changes planned as well, now of course Im dreaming, but soon it should be real

yeh thats a valid point baz i actually did want to get them just a little different shade of blue than the hoses

i get the feeling my plenum is the same powdercoat colour as yours my rocker covers are blue as well, blue silicon hose etc., except mines a bit darker - Royal Blue. will post pics when i get the rest of my bling in.
yeh i remember you saying yours was gonna be blue for cams and silver for plenum now you have an idea of what it could look like all back together lol MRZEDX: yeh man, was a marathon this time! lol finally all over
i have a similar, related colour issue, mate ... wanted a dark red colour all through .. but the damn silicon "red" hose is much more orange than any shade of red .. would like to be able to do something about it .. but seems the only way out is to hope that some darker red version of silicon emerges from somewhere, sometime .. !!! ..

Wheel How much was the wheel and boss kit? and did you need to get it engineered? .. Wouldn't mind one of those on mine.
nice work, yeh what are the pipes going into the rocker cover man, some kind of funky oil catch can or something? While your at it man , rip out your pvrv shit and aivs 2 get rid of some of the vac lines
