the guy got so cut.. did not wanna look at me at all, then he proceeded to do a 2nd gear dump at 100km to fly away from me, i put it into 3rd and caught up haha!

bloody rich boys when will they learn..

and before anyone either has a go at me for street racing or telling me that the ferrari would eat me in corners, i know i know :zlove:

This just goes to show why i'm a Porsche man through and through...to many tossers driving around in Ferrari's who couldn't change a gear to save their life...gives abad reputation to the genuine enthusiasts.

 

in my own defence i could hear his gear changes and they were on par with my own, which is very effin good!

i tell u what i friggin hate porshe drivers, id say there are about 80 around here, all driven by stupid women 2 the shops whilst on there phone, ive seen one older bloke with a gt3 and he was punishing it not using it as a shopping trolley but thats like 1 in 80

 

hey Trav the feeling is awezome mate, and I thought I was kidding myself last week when I had a go at one of my ferrari relatives, it just feels great to see the looks on their faces, trying to figure out what had actualy kept up with them... dooh

These Ferarris run high diff ratios, i think 4.1 and drink heaps

not to mention they also have a far bit of Horse Power I checked the latest specs a few months ago but.......

Given the base platform of the Z32 and the dead easy and cheap mods that these cars can have they absolutely fly. A Z32TT beating a Ferrari now why doesn't that surpise me.

Funny thing is people compare this car to a lot of others. Like the Ferraris the Monaros, Corvettes, M3s etc... but lets face it we do have 2x turbos and boost that can be manipulated in under 10 minutes by a novice and $5 boost jets, come on. Appart from the looks that's what makes this car very special and very competitive today - more power is easy to achieve and at the end of the day its a question how far do you want to go.

These cars will remain competitive for many, many, many years to come.

yeah but just LOOK how sexy the f355 is, it is the best looking ferrari in convertible version, but i may be biased because i play f355 challenge on the DC
f430 comes a close second.

 

I love the rear end look of the latest crop Ferraris. But...

the look of the front ends do nothing for me. I don't like their appearance from the front. I dislike the headlights and the large air openings.

I prefer the look of the Z32 pre 2000 model much much more.
Again, it comes down to personal taste.

 

If he was doing everything right somehow I dont think you would have had a chance....

 

355s are mid to high 12's
produce the same power of a 360 but heavier think 50kg odd

 

they run high 12s because they can get good launhes and get the power to the ground, as i've discovered i have more top end grunt than he does.. driver skill is no longer an issue when you are both full throttle in 3rd gear side by side.. and the z had the grunt to pull away.

 

Parked cars don't count.

Supposably a yellow 300kw standard cv8 Monaros with an exhaust and 'chev' badges tried to race me one Saturday nite down George street in the city a while ago I smashed it 3 times all the way down to old Canterbury road. and a red s14 200 with intercooler and exhaust on another nite going down past Rick dimillion and that was running standard boost just exhaust and pod filter. if I come past a Ferrari ill give it ago especially now that you said that you smashed it and when I get my car back with a 350 to 400 rwkw rebuild that im doing starting on Monday they will have no chance I love that stretch of road and I :zlove: s hahaha
