    Finally started to put it back together,nice new acl forged pistons

    Doing most of it,turbo's I have are greedy TD05 18s which were done last year block bored out 50thou honed so should have a bit of grunt once it's finished

    where did you get the block bored out, and what sort of money did it all set you back?

    i gather you've had some decent head work to compliment the rebuild?

    The place that did mine West Coast cylinder heads guys name is Glen really knows his stuff. Heads were $940 look like new,ct $45,polish$45,bore&hone$160,line hone$250,size$40,beck$140,robo$30

    Balance$240 that was balancing the crank to the new F/wwheel&clutch

    Yep $940 for the pair well worth it, robo wash for the block cleans all the crap of the block ct? crank crack tested&balanced

    robo wash hey.. sounds like an upsell.. normally they just acid bath em (well its caustic not acid.. but the term acid seemed to stick)
