Had a Problem with Three(mobile) or another company have a whinge here.....

    lets see how many people on this forum have had substandard service from Three mobile or any other company claiming to be professional.....

    THREE -the bastards wont replace the THIRD faulty handet i have had in 6 months, i was told to bring my reciept in and my box etc for a refund, to be told when i get there that they CANT do that.
    this is after speaking to at least THREE diff people a technician, supervisor, and manager who each time had me run thru the 'troubleshooting' guide no less than seven times. having being told to MASTER reset my phone i asked twice WILL THIS DELETE my only photos of my deceased Grandmother, NO was the reply, GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? they were deleted along with $100 odd dollars worth of LEGAL mp3's, asking what would be done to compensate me "nothing' was the reply

    SO IF YOU WANT THIS SORT OF SERVICE GO TO THREE, if not choose wisely. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME.

    Hutchinson Telecoms ( orange or 3 )are arse wipes.

    My experience was with Orange. ALL I can say is never again.

    Got to admit I agree with you Graham Hutchison are a bunch of arse wipes

    How ever Hutchinson are just resellers of 3 in Australia. So if you want you never have to deal with them. This also so include 3 shops run by Hutchinson. Stick well clear of them. All phones and the smaller phone shops are the people to deal with and also phone direct to India. The guys and girls in India can authorise any transaction directly on the spot.

    I got to admit I find 3 are the best phone company I have ever dealt with and can say nothing but good words about them. The only problem I have is 3's wall garden is a pain in the arse if you like internet on your phone.

    My wife have had never a problem in getting replacement phones out of 3 in or out of warranty. I think 3's policy and commitment is one of the best around.

    Ive had 2 SE's one is a z1010 and the other is a Z800, My wife has had a A1000 , E1000, and now onto a LG833.

    I got my z1010 on a $49 cap and I pay $8 for the phone per month. after 6 months the battery wouldn't last 3 days so instead of replacing the phone 3 up graded the phone to the Z800 for the same price..

    Same thing for my wife on the Motorola's. About 3 months ago she saw the new LG 833 in pink and white and 3 up graded the phone again for with out changing her fee's.

    I had a heavy month last month on the phone and my bill was going to blow out by 80 dollars over my normal cap rate. One simple call to India and 12 minutes later they upgrade my CURRANT BILL to a $70 dollar capo plan that took care of that bill. Which other teleco would do that????

    3 always has answered my call and completed my request with in 30 minutes at all hours of the day and night as well. You there system to you advantage it is wort it in the end.

    All telcos and "Any" big company for that matter can be hard to deal with. Little personal service when we are just a number to them.

    I am with Three, and have had no problem so far.

    When it comes to big companies, I'm not sure who I hate more, Telstra or the banks :sick::thumbsdown::angry:

    I've been with Optus since 1991 and they have

    always been fantastic. Very polite and helpful. My only gripe is that coverage is still not as good as it should be.

    you need to find someone that works at one of those places that actually ha

    s common sense. they will fix you up. i am with 3 and yes there are plenty of people who are unhelpful but then you speak to someone else and they will hook you up.

    I have also been with Optus since 1993 and the service has always been helpful.

    If it continues the way it has been, I'll be a lifetime customer.

    phone companys

    yeah have heard that 3 is pretty crap. im currently with virgin pre paid and am having 2 recharge way2 much. any1 reccomend a different telco or plan, id say im spending around 60 bucks a month mainly on messages.

    Optus Prepaid

    Go with Optus Prepaid and go on the turbocharged one, when u recharge $30 you get $120 credit on your phone and you get 4 free texts each day so its pretty good, the only bad thing is if u don't use the $120 up in a month it disapears. It might be two months im not sure, I think if you put $50 credit on you get about $200 credit on ur phone so its really good if you text alot:thumbsup::thumbsup:

    Had a sex line deduct money from my phone account !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Rang Optus who said there was nothing they could do about it. Optus records show I had never used the service.
    All Optus did was give me a contact number for the offending company and said sort it out with them.

    Of course the number was a ten minute long recorded service before you could leave a message. Only took them 5 weeks to answer.

    Their answer was a real charmer - whoever owned my number about two years ago had used their service, so it continues to be live on their system.

    So is your phone number a virgin or pre-loved?

    I used to work for them (as Orange), and some of their practices were BS!

    Eg: Selling to custormers door to door, out of service areas, and then charge them for making heaps of calls because their calls kept dropping out and they had to recall :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

    Glad someone can see a funny side to this - I was fuming on the phone

    Wouldn't have been nice if it was on my daughter's phone.

    Will probably have a chuckle when I see the refund from them. Yeah, like that's going to happen.

    I went from optus to 3.

    Worst mistake i have ever made.


    Just glad im back on the winning team now.
