I have noticed that there is alot of misunderstanding in this world about my religion, Islam, and the prophet Mohamamd (PBUH);so I liked to share the biography of Mohammad (PBUH) with you to read and get some information about Islam.

Thanks you for that, Waz. Looks like I (We) have some reading to do.

But I think you'll find that what most people can't understand is the Muslim extremists who terrorise the world in His name. I also can't comprehend Christian extremists, in fact extremists of any religion whose teachings are of peace, love and understanding for ones neighbours, whatever their beliefs.

It is sad when individuals or groups go astray from the actual religion and practice such inhumane acts.

It is wrong for people to blame christianity or Jesus Christ for what Hitler or many other so called christians have done or doing in the name of Jesus or their respected religion.

Simply by studying and acquiring knowlegde we can conclude that though Hitler proclaimed to be a christian and beleived that Jesus was telling him to kill every single Jew on earth, it contradicts Jesus teachings and is actual against christianity to commit such acts.

The same goes with Islam and Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him). Anyone can call themselves a Muslim but it doesnt mean they practice Islam.

Therfore you cant blame the Worlds largest and quickest growing religion because again it contradicts such inhuman acts and outlaws it if you study the religion. Also you cant blame Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) who has been labled by many of the greatest biographers and intelectuals from Around the world as one of the, if not the greatest Man to have ever lived. (Michael H Hart who is currently working for NASA, "The 100 most influential Humans")

Some Translations of Islamic Words:

Islam: The Worship of ONE God

Muslim: The Worshiper of ONE God

Allah: The ONE and ONLY (This is used to replace the word GOD because GOD can be played around with into Gods or Godess or or with dieties can be added on like the God of Fire) Therfore by using ALLAH it remains monothestic and more respectful.

Their are many false allegations made against the devine Religion of Islam to scare people away. This is because of the rapid growth of Muslim Converts specially in Western Countries who quicly accept the System of Islam which Muslims say has been handed down to us directly from God.

All the laws and regualtions of Allah are in the Holy Book known as the Quran, which was promised to be protected from intervention and change and till today, 1400 years later has remained unchanged and the words are exactly as it was then. The Quran is not the words of man but of his Creator only.

In France their is a reward of $50 Million (i think from the prince of Dubia) to any scientist, sholor or anyone to find a contradiction in the Quran. For example for the Quran to state somthing that isnt so. Till today no one has claimed it. The closest they ever got to it was when they disputed that the Quran wrongfully states that everything is made from water. Ofcourse with todays technology we know that statement in the Quran is a fact, and we are currently looking for signs of water on other planets because we know if their is water their is life.

Islam also has gospels like the bible which has been written by publishers and historians in the time of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) which narrate his life and practices. These books are known as the "Hadiths" and it is equivelant to the christian Bible.

The jews dont accept Jesus as the Messiah sent to the lost sheep of Isreal, And christianity dont accept Prophet Mohammad who is from the same Family Tree as Jesus and Moses all the way up to Abraham, Noah and Adam (PBUT). Islam accepts both Moses and Jesus the Messiah and Prophet Mohammad whos job was to restore Monotheism and the worship of One God on Earth to not a tribe or a group of people like his predesessors but to the whole world. Which he did and Islam became the worlds largest ever Empire. Their was much peace between the jews, christians and muslims. Infact the Jewish celebrate their Golden Years in present day which happened under the leadership of Islmaic rule.

Muslims populate every single continant on Earth. One in Five people on Earth are Muslim. It is the youngest of the 3 major monothestic religions on earth (Judism, Christianity) and the quickest growing religion in the West. Only 19% of the worlds Muslims are Arab. Roughly about 100,000 people converted to Islam last year in the USA and UK alone. About 65% of them were women. Their are many interesting and intreguing facts about Islam which get sheilded out from the media. Instead many false and unfair statements are made, The best way for everyone to find out the truth concerning Islam or any other topic we are faced in todays world is to research for ourselves and acquire knowledge.

Read George Negus's book on Islam recently and was great to see the other side of the view/coin. I dont like extremists of any kind, and I still hide from the Jehovahs (they're the only religious freaks I see up here) :LOL: or thats when I become extremist:LOL: The whole idea is just to be a decent human being - no matter what religion!

as an atheist, I simply believe in one less god then you do.

of course this does put me into a rather difficult situation

I could point to a lot of Hindu, Buddhist or Christen sites but I have more respect for my fellow car enthusiasts than trying to influence their beliefs,

I lived in Greenwood avenue for a few years {in the middle of Bankstown} and witnessed some horrific actions from the Mosque behind me.
I believed it was just a few young fools trying to be smart. As it turned out with a help of an old friend {a Persian} Who was horrified and disgusted it turned out the elders of the mosque decided that they wanted most of the street I was living in for housing. I could put up with the swearing and abuse. I could put up with the knocking on the door every week with business men want to buy the house. But I could not handle the 2 dead cats that where mutilated put in mine and a neighbours yard. Nor the faeces thrown over the back fence. I really got very upset when I heard screams from the same neighbour who was over 70 years old and found a man down the back yard masturbating onto to her washing.
That older gentleman I promise you will never use his right elbow again. After that incident happened the behaviour changed in that mosque till the time I left that area.
Might I suggest that you lead be example and be on your very best behaviour and ensure all your friends are as well.

i just dont see the point of it I know what is right and wrong, don't need any book or guidance from anyone who died 2000 yrs ago.

then I suggest, that you might also interpret this quote as threatening physical harm to anyone who doesn't follow the authors suggested standards of behaviour, and that is much less helpful than your concerns about MrZee's posting IMHO.
