If it doesnt then would it be a big plus to have one to handle the rear end?

Also the GB for the front strut brace is $150 is it same price for a rear one?

    cheers

I can do a GB on rears for $125 a piece

But minimum 10. Would there be that kind of interest?

Is it as goos as the UAS one for the front?? And Why is more enthusiasm

for the front strut brace and not the back? when the back is the suspect area in handling??

    cheers:eek:

Front is always more critical and sensitive because its the steering end

The rear basically just follows suit. eg you can 'get by' with stuffed rear shocks (average driver probly wont even notice theyre buggered) but stuffed front shockers = accident material.
I just wanna know how much the rear brace intrudes into the boot

Doesn't take much room at all

and I reckon it enhances the look of the boot area too :)

how keen are you to cut into your boot trims though?

plus i wouldn't be able to fit my surfboard in:LOL:

although after consideration, i will do my normal and say, WHY NOT! so i will be in.

    cheers

I use mine as a wagon sometimes too

so it may intrude a bit for me. Seriously thinking about a Stagea as a daily driver tho.

I guess the bottom line is how bigs the handling improvement?

    The rear strut brace

I had the TT conversion at the same time as this was done so the whole car was feeling different!! :) So probably not the best person to give a review on them because so much was done at once rather then the one thing.

I put one in but it needs welding up so it doesn't hinge.

    Group Buy on Rear Strut

Hi guys it will go ahead 100%, it's just a question of time.

I'll start it up once the airguide GB has finished, so if you can wait a couple of weeks you can have one of these

for $125, about $35 off retail.

They are polished and fully adjustable.

they're not exclusive to UAS as you can get them directly from Whiteline.

They're a bugger to lift suit cases over when you travel! Hernia material

And I think the "exclusive" refers to the brand they stock

    Which is NOT whiteline.

So do the actual strut towers need to be modified, or just cut the plastic

    covers?

I was going to just leave the covers off anyway, but wondering if I have to grind out any metal.
