hey guys..was wondering if anyone has purchased anything from this site lately? i see it hasnt been updated since march and i put threw an order about 2 weeks ago...got no response so i emailed them and still no response? are they still running ? and if not where else can i get small parts from? hope u can help. cheers Gus
Well Gus - welcome to the club! There is a thread running currently vis a vis the problems communicating with TTZ. It might throw some light on the situation. Meanwhile a lot of us here find it actually quicker to order from ConceptZPerformance in Arizona!! czp
As Wykked said, did you get the auto response email? If you did not, chances are your order did not process correctly. If you give Simon a call on his mobile and leave a message with his paging service wording something like "Urgent: need status on current order" he is pretty reliable to call you back in around 10-20 minutes. You could also send him an email with the subject line reading similiar to above. Simon is a great bloke and a true Z32 enthusiast. I have purchased mulitple items from him and never a problem. You must also remember that TTZ is a sideline to his major business. We should feel privilged to have a parts web site so dedicated to our cars. There's is definitely nothing that comprehensive on the net.
hello ...hello ...hello ... do i hear an echo, echo, echo, echo .....???? what i find amazing in this many thread discussion is that despite the recurring theme of "where is simon", "i have not heard from simon/ttz", "how do i contact simon", "simon is a busy guy" and many other variations with an unlimited amount of advice/info from forum members, i cannot recall one occassion where simon himself has come on board to offer an explanation .. this i find unusual in conducting a business be it part time, full time or seemingly, just sometimes ...????
Please forgive the sarcasm (I can't resist ok!) LMAO, Try...2-3 months? 10+ emails sent, but then again I didn't realize that they must be titled "URGENT" in order to get His Lordship to spend 2 minutes of his precious time replying to the mere peasants and serfs. I'm sure he is, but unfortunately that doesn't make one a good businessman. Which is apparently the root of the communication problems - he doesn't take TTzed very seriously. Privalaged?! Privalaged to fork out our hard earned cash to wait an eternity to bask in the glory of His Holiness when a US company - 12,000 odd km's away - can deliver the same goods cheaper, faster and with better communication? Sorry, but I think your loyalty or friendship is blinding you from reality - you act like he's doing some kinda free service out of the goodness of his divine heart and the sun rises from his bum cheeks and sets in the palm of his hand and each part he sells is some kind of Holy relic blessed by the Almighty one Himself! Bottom line - I'm sure he's a great guy, but TTzed as a business is a discrace. He seems to give these "10-20 minute replies" only to a selective few (assumingly the 'forum oldies') while the rest are treated with disdain and indifference. The fact that Peter (Wykked - and again thanks) was able to get Simon to call me within 24 hours (after MONTHS of ignoring my calls/emails) is only further proof to this fact. (rant over) R.
he doesn't have time to read this forum and doesn't want to get involved with the shit fights that happen like when other businesses get on here.
