Piggy back, just controlling the fuel and IGNITION maps

Leave the Nissan ecu in there as well.

You can then pull the MAF off and ajust the left and right cylinder banks for mixture independantly.

Just make sure the Microtech can drive 6 injectors separately. Not in banks

with the wire-in you can eliminate PTU and FPCU. however it will cost about $500 to get it installed.

With plug-in the installation is much easier, but you need to keep your PTU and FPCU.

Make sure you know what plugin your getting if u go that route

Mine got installed using a microtech nissan plug in but it turns out that it was an r33 plugin and after speaking with the guys at microtech they don't (or didn't at the time) even have a z32 plugin tested!

As a result there were some peculiarities with the 2 stage fuel pump and some rewiring needed (which kinda defeats the purpose of a plugin).

The microtech can drive injectors seperately, they don't need to be in banks.

    Other then one....

    ...needing to be wired in.
Do they both offer the same features?
Leaning towards wire in. ($500 cheaper and this is what an install should cost)
