    Howdy

I just wanted to share this with you. I've had my Zed for just over two years now. When I first bought it the only alarm my insurance company would accept was BRANT. In the end I liked the Nemisis which they came out and installed. Anywho recently the alarm has been a little hard to arm and disarm so I rang Brant. They said they would come out and have a look. They then replaced the alarm because of a faulty thingy. At the thought of how much it was going to cost I was little nervous (other expenses at the moment) but they said it came with a LIFETIME guarantee! Yippeee, what a great product and great company, yes it was faulty but let's face it all electronics are susceptible to gremlins.

So why am I posting? A lesson well learned "first expense is best expense" I bought quality and got great product and customer service.

    Thankyou Brant

    Cheers
    Geoff

    Thanks for the post, Geoff

Testimonials like this from our colleagues on the forum are really useful. Nice to hear it's such a well supported product!

Testimonials like this are hardly credible Geoff:LOL::LOL:

Good to know it all came out fine for you. It doesn't happen that way often enough.:thumbsup::zlove::zlove:

I see nothing has changed with that dry sense of humour

that only sommeone like Lloyd can possess. Now I can't wait to hear/see what you have to say when I finally get that new car of mine... boy I don't know what I'm waiting for more: getting the brand new car or listening to Chili's sermon at the illustrious Chili house of Madness

On another note, glad to hear that everything worked out Geoff... and that finally some people are taking responsibility for a 'faulty' product and repairing it out of their own pocket!

Sarchasm, the gap between the humour ...:LOL:

intended by Lloyd and what every one else reads into
    Lloyds posts.

    exsqueeze me?

Gee, I think Lloyd only said what a lot of other people probably though about my first post, and it was said with smiles.

But really I was just so happy with Brant's service. People always bitch about bad things and I just wanted to say a public thanx.

    Cheers

    Hey Geoff ...

Did you notice IB's spelling of sarcasm? Ian's post itself is a play on the word and was also said with smiles .....

There was an email doing the rounds some time ago with similarly mis-spelled words given alternate meanings - but I'm buggered if I can remember any.

Anyway...... ..........what does a Brant alarm run in at?

Fully installed and all the bells and whistles including one of those cool "someone just sneezed on me! Come and check for snot spots on my paint! Lots of love, your Zed" remote gizmos?

    fairly expensive

Youve seen half the alarm system in my car, i.e. the keypad. From memory that was around $3-400, so Id imagine the whole kit would be something like $1000 at least.

Yeah, but common, think of what it is protecting...

No great stretch when you put it in context, think I'll be getting one of these, and possibly the sat locating and shut down if it has it.

What was the commission on sales for these Lloyd? :p

    oh yeah I completely agree...

mine was around $1200 by the time I finished. Sat tracking and 2 way pagers werent really an option then but I agree its a small price to pay to keep your zed secure.

I think the Nemisis is around $900

at the moment with a Christmas special. Just check www.brant.com.au

The GPS tracker is around $2000 and $400 per year or there abouts.

    Cheers
