    Hey kids.

Now i know this was a topic discussed earlier.. but it still ended a bit vaguely (for the nsw-sydney zedders anyway).

Compliancing: I heard about engineers that take a few shortcuts and get to only the relevant and safety parts.. this makes compliancing cheaper but may have its disadvantages.. personally i'm cool with it (by cheaper i mean from costing around $1200 to costing about $550ish). A mate of mine who imports parts and cars is gonna help me comply my zed. though im not too sure if i wanna get him to put in my intrusion bars...

any comments on this kinda dodgy compliancing procedure?

Also any know compliance places around sydney who do intrusion bars and the heaps important stuff (that i dont wanna rely on the unqualified mate) that they can do? the rest, i can save a bit by doing myself..

    appreciate ur time.
    jen.

You need to find a Motor Engineer who will sign-off >

    on the compliancing.
He will provide you with a list of what must be done, and will inspect the work once it is completed, and issue a report.
Whether you do the work yourself, or get someone else to do it, this procedure cannot be avoided.

Yes, fully aware of that fact, im looking for the parts that is required for the conversion and preferably from the person who will sign it off at the end. Know anyone?
